Walking Back Home, to Yourself
Hola! I am a Latina Undocu-Therapist who works with first-generation adults, immigrants, and cycle-breakers who are navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, and the weight of cultural and systemic stress. My approach to therapy is holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally attuned. I believe healing cannot be separated from the systems we live in, including immigration stress, racism, intergenerational trauma, and the pressures of hyper-independence.
Many of my clients are high-achieving, deeply responsible, and used to carrying everything on their own. They may struggle with burnout, people-pleasing, guilt, or feeling disconnected from themselves despite “doing everything right.” Together, we slow down and work from the root, exploring nervous system regulation, generational patterns, identity development, and reclaiming voice and autonomy.
I integrate traditional therapeutic modalities with a decolonized, justice-oriented lens that honors lineage, culture, and lived experience. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and relational. I am not here to “fix” you because there is nothing “wrong” with you, I am here to help you reconnect with your own wisdom, build self-trust, and create a life aligned with who you truly are and who you have always been.
Healing Desde La Raíz means we don’t just manage symptoms, we understand them. And we tend to what’s underneath.
